The wallet front couldn't close properly even without any cards in it. And when I submitted a refund, they credited me without asking me what my preferred way it is.

This is my third Ekster wallet. Overall I am satisfied with the wallet but am concerned that for whatever reason Ekster moved the money holder from the outside to the inside of the wallet. This makes it more difficult to access the bills and causes the wallet to increase in volume which defeats the slim profile.

Nothing to review. Once I get the product ordered 9/22. Now 10/6. Being told my package has to be lost for 10 days before they will do anything. I want to like this product but the beginning is not going well.

Never received it. Nobody responded on the costumer service chat. Although I received a lazy email response saying they don’t know what is happening and is probably a customs delay, not that is the case as I can see the package passed customs verification 15 days prior to this review, and is still waiting in some delivery office to be delivered. It was supposed to be a gift that I paid extra to be on time for the birthday party, but it never showed, or was delivered.

I am disappointed with the Pro Wallet having transitioned from Pro Card holder, the way the leather cover fails to seamlessly fold without a bulge. Just a few cards in the Wallet sleeves and the leather covers fails to neatly fold maintaining a fistinct ugly bulge robbing it with the premium look and feel it is supposed to offer.

always loved my first aluminum one. Now with the leather pro with the flap that can hold mode and looks classier. One that would be cool is if the flap had a little magnet that prevents it from flapping around when it’s closed

i was won over years ago when i bought my first Ekster wallet, however tragedy struck when my girlfriends dog decided it was her new chew toy. I only wish the warranty was less restrictive, and included acts of DOG.

I was looking for something to travel with that is small and to keep cards safe. This will fit that bill perfectly. The spring mechanism is awesome and I love how it puts the cards up so that they are easy to distinguish and grab my most used card from the top/back. My only complaint is that the flap doesn't stay closed. If put in a bag, that will flop around and I'm concerned with how secure it will keep any cash in the elastic band. I wish there were an elastic band around the exterior or that it would magnetically hold closed.

Ekster makes a very nice and functional product. But product is only one factor needed needed to make a company highly successful. The interface between the consumer and company is equally, if not sometimes, more important for a highly successful company. In simple terms I am referring to is Customer Service. Ekster fails miserably in this category. Waiting days for a response is unacceptable. When you finally receive an an answer a d your reason for contacting them is not addressed that is unacceptable. When you receive a response and instead of helping you they refer you to a do it yourself portal that is not working properly that is not acceptable. When you check out and can't select UPS as your carrier when you are told the area you live in supports UPS that is unacceptable. I have had to contact customer service every time I wanted to place an order, wait days for a response, and then wait for an electronic invoice with my carrier choice. Now I have a very clear warranty issue with pictures and have not been able to get it resolved. I have been directed to their portal, tried multiple times to file a warranty claim, it keeps on directing to return the item. No one in customer service has reached directly to help me. Customer service is supposed to help their customers. Again they make a nice functional product but are failing on a very vital and impotant part of their company, customer service. I truly hope they publish this and not bury it. This is honest. I also hope they respond to me in a meaningful way.

This is a great wallet. There is room for at least 7 to 8 cards in the card slot depending on the width of the cards. Also, you can store a card or two in the wallet flap. It’s a very soft leather and becomes less stiff after a couple of days. The Air Tag does NOT fit this wallet, however it fits the card holder. I ordered the air tag by mistake and their customer service was excellent and took care of my return. Buy one- you won’t regret it!!

This is my first Ekster wallet, and I specifically waited for the Smiley collaboration to release on the Wallet Pro. The wallet itself is very nice, but for the price, I expected a flawless product. Unfortunately, mine arrived with some blemishes right out of the box. The leather on the back had a noticeable crease near the edges, and there were bits of glue residue left around the card compartment. I would do an exchange; however, the Smiley edition wallet is not available for exchange. So instead, I will have to give it a 2-star rating.

I have roughly double the amount of IDs most people have and this wallet lets me fit everything perfectly in a slimmer form factor. It feels good and the card ejector is smooth.

Excellent wallet - huge improvement on the metal only version but I think it needs to be made clearer in advertising etc. that the main slot inside the wallet holds the same number of cards as normal and extra cards have to put into side slots. When I bought the wallet, especially the "Pro" version, I thought I was buying a wallet with added capacity for cards in the main pop up holder and not having to then decide which cards could be put in the side slot inside the wallet and the slot in the back of the wallet. I was disappointed with this

I am disappointed that it doesn’t stay closed. Should have some sort of velcro or band. It flops open in my bag constantly. Not sure I would ever buy again.
