So far no complaints came when it was supposed to & came with the remote for free. does have a slight newish? smell whenever it starts going & it already have 2 weird creases that went across the belt you won’t see until you start the machine. I'm very satisfied with the walking pad,it doesn't take up a lot of space and is transportable. Great for exercising indoors when the weather is bad or if you don't feel like leaving home to go to the gym or if you work from home and still want to get a work out in. Just got this today and tested it. So far so good. I like the remote and it's perfect for my small place because it's lightweight and moves easily with the wheels and it doesn't take up too much room but it's just enough for me to walk and get my steps in. I really like it and I'm glad I got it.

This walking pad is very simple to put together, very easy to work with out on. Time working out on it, Actually passes by very fast without noticing because it’s so comfortable to work out on. Just pop some headphones in your ears and you’re good to go 🏋️

It’s bulkier and heavier than I expected, and the remote takes AAA batteries (not included). I needed to remove the screws to add the phone holder which wasn’t hard. You may need to read the directions to get the bar to lock properly. Other than that, setup was straightforward and it fits my apartment perfectly. It even comes with a fitness band and two oil bottles. Thanks. I love that I can walk indoors—great for staying active in small spaces, which helps combat sedentary habits.

Highly recommend buying through yourfitnessbuddy live. Walking pad is really worth it, great for incline or flat. Works well with older and younger generations. Arrives fast, and already together when you get it. Easy and sufficient to slide under the bed when not using. Comes with 2 bottles of oil.

Got it after several days, the box was extremely filthy & beat up. The machine itself has many scratches, cord is damaged as well. It took me a very long time to try to properly center the belt & it still doesn't want to stay. It is making a slight noise makes me think it was used & resold 🤔

My previous review was before I actually started using it. This walking pad is a 2/10 it would be good but the belt constantly shifts to the left as soon as you start walking. I keep moving it over but it’s of no use and because it keeps shifting the belt itself is becoming torn so it’s of no use

This Walking Pad is awesome! The packaging was great. It came with a battery in the remote and an extra one. When I turned the pad on it sounded really smooth. I walked on it for 20 minutes the first night and was very satisfied 😀

Arrived broken. Tried to process a refund or return and it just shows unsuccessful. It arrived with the entire motor cover broken off before it was out of the box. Update: I have contacted the company and tried to process a replacement/refund submission several times. Over a dozen without success.

This pad came exactly as pictured and in videos on Tik Tok. It comes with 2 bottles of oil for the track,warranty,user manual and more. It starts at 0.6mph to 3.8mph. There's no bar to hold on to,so you could use a chair or windowsill as I do.
