The product itself is awesome, but the customer service was interesting to deal with. The first product sent to me had a dysfunctional brake. I took pictures and a video and contacted customer service. They instructed me to try to fix it myself, which I had already attempted and was unable to do because of the construction of the wagon brake and wheel assembly. They then offered me a 30% discount for a new one with no offering of a refund or to replace the wagon. After refusing their offer, they sent me a replacement, and it's great. It holds tons of stuff and folds/unfolds so easily.
