The charger did not come included like the packaging said it should have. And then when I requested a refund or some kind of resolution, they denied my request. I don't even want to return the item, I just want what I paid for. So now I have the massager and no plug to charge it or use it. Useless.

The massager is built very well. I like that it comes with a cigarette lighter style adapter and a wall adapter. It works perfectly and has very powerful motors. I got a very good deal on mine and have zero complaints. It does the job perfectly. It's a decent size as well. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
