I cleanse once daily at night and do a water-only rinse in the morning because my skin is very dry and I want to preserve my barrier when I haven’t done anything except sleep. This cleanser supports that approach perfectly. It cleans thoroughly without stripping, so I’m not starting my routine already tight or compromised. I also use it in the shower as a body wash. It’s gentle enough for daily use and comfortable on dry skin, so will be buying it in the 16-oz size going forward. Even when my skin was irritated from tretinoin, this cleanser never added to the problem. I love it!

I like the way it keeps my skin feeling moist. It sometimes is difficult to dissolve eye make up though so I do have to remove that first with pads and eye make up remover but a good facial cleaner.

I’ve tried a lot of different cleansers and this is by far my favorite. The scent is very subtle and I would actually consider it unscented especially compared to all of the other chemical smelling products on the market. I am in my 40s and people say my skin is glowing.

Before I started doing more skincare research I thought my skin had to be dry after I washed my face. Almost every cleanser would make my skin feel tight. Now that I know better I’m glad to add velvet cleansing milk to my list. This never dries me out whenever I use it, doesn’t leave any residue and I only need one pump to feel clean. No need to waste excess product or scrub and scrub. Love it!

I have very dry skin and it is a struggle. I have tried EVERY cleanser out there and this is by far the BEST milky cleanser. It is so gentle on my skin and does not leave it feeling dry or stripped. It actually leaves it feeling hydrated which I have not found with any other cleanser. And, it removes all my makeup. Do yourself a favor and give this a try. I got the 4oz to try and I will be purchasing the 16oz and never be without.

This cleanser feels so good on my skin, doesn't irritate it at all, and visibly leaves my skin clean and fresh. I think the olive oil ingredient is what makes this a holy grail product for me.
