Arrived on time, box had a whole in it from chair leg punched through, but other than that all in great condition. Chair is very light, not at all heavy, assembled in under 10 minutes. Chair is comfortable and very soft. Lumbar pillow is great for my back. Downside is Chair does not lean back.

This is a chair that took me by surprise. Its craftsmanship is much more exquisite than what I saw in the mall, and the materials are of high quality! I originally intended to buy it for my daughter, but after my husband installed it, he also wanted one for himself because he's an old boy who loves playing games and he just adores it! He also said it's worth every penny! Hahaha
