Despite being a loyal Tweezerman customer, when these replacement blades were lost by USPS, customer service offered me neither a replacement nor refund. They pointed me to their shipping policy, which states customers have to file a claim with the postal service. Good luck with that! I’ll just have to order facial razors from a company with better customer service.

I've been using the Tweezerman derma plane tool & blades for years & couldn't be happier with the products. I like that the tool is all metal & the blades are always sharp.

The razor feels good in my hand and works angles well. I am not giving 5-stars because the blade dulls more quickly than advertised. That could be my skin and hair, but I only get about three uses before I have to switch.

Oh, my gosh!?Im loving this sharper than sharp -razor! I’ve used a lot of the plastic store bought types thinking there wasn’t much better? This proves me wrong! It’s an easy to handle straight edge where the handle is just the right length. The shape of the blade is perfect too and is super easy to change. Having a blade you can change doesn’t mean that it slides too easy. Initially I was a bit worried thinking it might slide when I move the wand around in a weird way to catch something on my face, it fits securely. I’ve had that happen before and got nicked w/others sliding or moving slightly from the handle. I’ve also gotten nicked in the past with drops too steep on the blades outside edges. Not here- and I don’t have to keep going over areas more than once. This makes micro plaining a breeze. I’ve already seen where this razor has made a noticeable difference in the texture of my skin. Just like a baby’s, so smooth to the touch. That of course helps my makeup go on better and you don’t see it grabbing on and looking too thick. I know most women have some peach fuzz and when you’re in the sunlight it just seems more noticeable. Gosh, some ladies walk around with a fine beard growing? You don’t have to do it everyday and it does just make you look better groomed when you don’t have an hour or two for the salon! You always run into someone you know when you don’t take time to look your best by putting on your face before an errand. This improves your skin, sloughs off the dead skin cells, gets rid of the fuzz, helps your skin better absorb the products you pay dear for. So, even w/o makeup you look ten times better, because of that precious skin. It just can’t breathe with the dead skin cells and fuzz that helps to keep it there!? This is just another tool, a better tool to help you achieve the skin you were born with! If I can do it without slicing off an ear, you can! Don’t be afraid of it’s sharpness-just respect the fact it’s sharp and don’t go too fast. Try it & hope you find the success I have.

Blades slip during use. I reached out to the company it never heard back. I need to be sure each blade is going to do it’s job correctly before using on a client, and I’m afraid I can’t.
