What are Frownies Patches?

Frownies are the original “beauty-sleep” secret designed to help visibly reduce the appearance of static expression lines — especially on the forehead and between the brows.

How to apply for best results

1. Prep your skin & the Frownies patches Start with a clean face and apply your usual skincare. If you’re using a serum or moisturizer, allow it to fully absorb before applying your Frownies. Pro tip: Frownies Face & Neck Moisturizer is lightweight and quick-absorbing — perfect for patch prep. Tear or cut the Frownies along the perforations into individual triangles. Identify the shiny side of each patch — that’s where the adhesive lives.

2. Wet then wait Lightly moisten the shiny side using Frownies Rose Water Hydrator, Calming Toner, or warm water. Use your finger to spread the moisture evenly across the surface of the patch. Set the moistened patches down (shiny side up) and allow them to sit for up to 90 seconds.

3. Cover the Gently smooth any visible lines on your forehead with one hand, and apply the patch with the other. Press and hold for 15–20 seconds to ensure it adheres well. Overlap patches to create a “mosaic” that covers the full forehead — from in between the brows, up to the hairline, and from side to side towards the temples. Pro tip: Starting between the brows and working outward is often the most effective.

5. Wear for best results Wear your Frownies overnight, or for at least 3 hours. The stillness helps support smoother-looking skin by morning. Use daily for 30 nights to begin — consistency is key. After that, use as needed depending on your skin and lifestyle.

6. Remove gently In the morning, soak the patches with warm water to soften the adhesive. Gently slide your fingers under each patch while continuing to splash with water. Prefer showers? Leave your Frownies on and let the steam and water help loosen them naturally. Early workout? Many customers wear their Frownies through a sweat session and let them lift off on their own!
