My child has a “weak elbow” according to the ortho doctor. He suggested a neoprene elbow sleeve to help support the joint. I was looking for something that was well rated and snug. We ordered the power sleeves first, but they eres too rigged and tight for her activities (electrical training and tennis). I returned it and was given alternative choices. I choose the double ply elbow sleeve and it seems to be what she needed.

Very pleased but I think I got a size to small so feels very tight, I used the sizing online to measure my arm but feels too tight around my bicep so I need to get larger ones but they aren't cheap so I'll have to wait .

I’ve had the thicker elbow sleeves in the past (they are great) . I just wanted something that was easier on and off. These are just what I was looking for. Well built and comfortable.

After first ordering the 5mm All Black elbow sleeves in size L and then having to change them to a size M, and after those also not fitting I eventually ended up with these Double Ply All Black elbow sleeves - and I am REALLY pleased that I did! When first ordering the 5mmm sleeves the measurement of my arm around the elbow joint was smack bang between the two sizes M and L. Thankfully due to the amazing customer support I received (big shout out to Laura!) I was then recommended to try the Double Ply in size M. I have now received these and they are the perfect fit - tight but not too tight and give great compression. Most importantly though they really do help with lifting heavier and squeezing out those final and extra reps. Whilst I had nothing against the 5mm sleeves (other than not fitting my arm!) I am really pleased I ended up with the Double Ply sleeves and definitely recommend this product.
