Loving the True Sea Moss I can literally eat the hold jar . The flavor are yummy. So, don't if anyone knows this but the amount spoons goes by your weight so if your 200 pds u get 3 spoons full. Great product. Thanks True Sea Moss.

This sea moss is great! Tastes good. Mine had a little bit of a delay but it came carefully packaged in bubble wrap and cushioned with packing material. I was concerned about it arriving broken. I also received free gummies. I plan to order those for convenience. Definitely recommend!

The texture is smooth like applesauce and it doesn’t have a bad taste at all. I can taste the sea moss just a little but it’s not bad. I purchased 2 flavors the Elderberry and the Strawberry. I have been eating the strawberry so far. Can’t wait to try the Elderberry. I’ve been feeling really good.
