The glass cracked because the only thing keeping it safe is one layer of bubble wrap. The box came in smashed. The fragile sticker is only on one side of the box. It isn't very noticeable to the postal office who processes thousands of boxes.
Upon touching the spilled sea moss, my skin feels very smooth from it, but I expected to be able to eat both flavors. Next time, I don't want to take my chance with this online shop.
I think I should just get another brand at my local health food market. This stuff is expensive brah. One of the ingredients is labeled as "natural flavors". That could mean 1% fruit and and 99% artificial flavoring because the US doesn't have a law requiring food manufacturers to specify. Artificial flavoring is made from patroleum and I don't want to eat something cars run on. The body will just store that stuff up in my fat where it'll stay. 100% natural ingredients like 100% juice is what the body is designed to process.
I think the management should look at how Levantine Goods packages their glass bottles. Their method is very simple and cost effective. Thir ingredients are also straightforward because the product itself is straightforward. They make the process their products go through very transparent. Even Nathan and Son's is very transparent. They show everything.
This one... Something is going on. Idk how it was made or anything. I just see leaked containers and high prices.

When on a new health journey everything seems difficult. However, the texture once it's cold is like a jam jelly, the taste is good. You can smell the sea moss which is still not too strong of a smell. Overall I've had increased energy and more of a regular BM. Shipping was fast
