Not only does it keep dehydrated. It gives me an energy boost that is much needed some afternoons. LOVE the flavor! One of my two favorites and when I need a little less of the flavor punch I just add a bit more water (carbonated water is the great here too!). It is an all around win win with this product and hope they never stop making it!!!

Have been drinking True products for several years now. It is my go to and favorite beverage as I can't drink any carbonated beverages anymore. Best tasting drink mixes I've tried. Would like to see more of their products using stevia instead of sugar, but overall, True is superior to other drink mixes!

This is BY FAR my favorite! You can’t find it in stores anymore, however, it warrants the purchase of multiple boxes via the company website. The flavor is like Fruity
punch! Add a packets of the true orange and you have a mouth that is watering in amazing full on fruit punch flavors!
