I bought the Torqx complete detailing kit to get rid of scratches and swirl marks and it did wonderful on the swirl marks but it did nothing for the scratches. I used the c4 clear çut with the medium-heavy cutting pad . Is there another compound or a heavier pad that will take out the scratches? I love all the products from chemical guys that I have bought so I'm hoping you have something else for the scratches. Thank you for your time. I would rate this item as a 3

I Tried to cancel order and stop shipment. I was told it was process , not shipped and I could not stop shipping. I refuse delivery per customer service and no refund yet. They want to charge me 15% stocking fee plus return shipping. Even after I tried cancelling before it was shipped. I complain to PayPal, hopefully I'll get my money back. They just lost a customer.

I like how ease to use is the orbital polisher and the quality of the pads. What I didn't liked that much was the quality of the pad conditioner applicator, just after a few sprays stop working but I experience the same situation with the glass cleaner, maybe it's only a faulty bottle.

I finally got around to putting this kit to use. The videos outline all of the necessary steps, but don't give you a realistic idea of how long this process takes. I had to buff out some surface scratches on one of the panels on my car and made sure I followed directions. I used a light cutting compound to start and moved to a more aggressive product. Light pressure as indicated in the videos and my paint is gleaming! Some reviews suggest the pads are not very durable, but I found them to be very easy to use and even easier to clean. The products work well if you're patient and do it right. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast - awesome products.

I just purchased a new car and wanted something that i could use to keep it looking nice. This Torox detailing kit was the best purchase i could have made. It helped me from start to finish with my car. It worked so good I had to do my other car, just so i could see how well it worked.
