I purchased this trying out different polishers, as well as there cutting compound. If I would have done it again I wouldn’t have purchased this and spent a little more money for something better. The compound and polish pulled out possibly 20% of scratches and I should have spent more money on something better and something professionals use like 3M products. If I could return this product I would, but there packaging says no returns if it’s been opened. I do however would say the pads that came with this are nice, and will continue using there pads for a different DA

First order was on 11/17/25 never received customer service kept filling me with excuses and finally said they would re ship that was on 12/6/25 Today is 12/16 and my order still hasn’t shipped. It’s a Christmas gift that probably will never see Good thing I ordered it early in time for Christmas! Worst service ever

I've gotten about one quarter of my car done and gave up. This machine takes two or three passes to get out small imperfections and swirls. It stalls on valley, peaks and concave surfaces on the car. Any pressure on flat surfaces stalls it. Customer service said it's me. This is not the first car I've buffed and polished but my first experience with a Torqx. I put it in the toy box and bought a real buffer. The reviews are generally good so it looks like my odds of getting this dud were about one in ten.

Originally bought a HF 6" but couldn't convert it to 5 so I bough the Troqx Random Orbital Polisher. I got the hang of it right away as I'm not new at this. Two things I don't appreciate about it though. 1. Buttons; speed button is too easy to hit so I'm constantly changing speed inadvertently and the on/off button seems cumbersome where it's located. 2. I pretty much use it flat and don't lean into it much letting the compound or polish, pad and DA do the work. When I do get it up on edge or lean in a little it seems like the rotation slows way down or stops. That is all. 😎

Definitely the most easiest safest way I’ve seen to buff out scratches and any paint without the fear of burning through or making it worse The colored buffing pads with the clearly defined polishes and make it easy to get a professional job

The unit is heavy. However, every good DA should be. I’ve tossed out so many that weee light but didn’t last. This one has the variable speeds and is well balanced.

Easy to use and makes the paint smooth and glossy. Be nice if you came out with a mini type for motorcycles.

Really love this polisher. Very simple to use. Easy on the paint. With the proper pads and paint correction supplies, it restored a neglected truck to feeling/looking brand new. Is a little heavy to use one handed but the second grip at the top by the pad really distributes the weight evenly and makes cutting or polishing a breeze
