After owning and using a tonie box for a long time, the battery would no longer work off of the power supply. The ability to roam with the tonie was no longer an option. This thing has been with my son all over the US. He loves it and I love what it has done for his vocabulary, his imagination and his love of reading. I believe it is a very helpful tool. I contacted Tonie to see if I could send it in for repair or what options there were for a 5 yr old but beloved product. I really was expecting much. That’s just the reality of today. I was pleasantly wrong. After some explanation and proof of the issue Tonie, very generously, helped us with the ability to renew our product and continue to play stories on the go. Excellent customer service/support! I have and will continue to promote this product. I really think it does more for a developing mind than any type of other media.

My 3 year old loves the Tonie Box and the puppy that came with it. She is learning lots of nursery rhymes that we haven’t sung before. Her 1 year old brother loves to listen along. She hasn’t watched movies yet, so this was a great choice instead of a movie character as a starting Tonie.

My son loves his Toniebox and listening to all of the characters. Their customer service is also extremely helpful and respond quickly to concerns.

Tonie boxes are such a great product for little kids. They are my most recommended gift to other parents for their toddlers, especially if a “screen-free” alternative is needed for your kid. The customer service department is spectacular and sent me replacement tonieboxes when prior boxes have unexpectedly malfunctioned. I am a toniebox customer for life!

Amazing!! I wasn't how my son (16 months) would take to the Toniebox since he is very visual, but he LOVES dancing along to all the songs. He gets so happy when he hears them. My only complaint is he's not really capable of skipping the songs on his own. I even have trouble with it! Also, I'm conflicted about the feature where they start the Tonie over once you switch. On one hand it's great not to have to go back to the beginning (if that's what you want), but on the other hand it's frustrating because my toddler loves to swap them over and over so im constantly hearing the beginning of every Tonie he has on repeat. I guess that's why they are better suited for 3+, but maybe that could be an advanced setting that can be set up in the future? Overall, very pleased with this product!!

Absolutely love the tonie box. It is toddler proof in durability and my 2 year old quickly learned how to work it (skipping songs/ adjusting volume/ switching characters) I appreciate being able to customize his tonie box from the app as well- there are definitely times where I adjust what the max volume will be.
