When I placed this order 2 seconds later I realize that the address on the order was my old address and when I tried to change it the system wouldn’t let me I immediately reached out to Bask & lather for assistance with changing my order to the correct address and to no avail now my package was delivered to the wrong address I have went back-and-forth, trying to rectify the situation and now moving forward since my package now have been delivered to the wrong address that they don’t do refunds well if you don’t do refunds send me another package 🤔
