I've had these products for three months. I was really hoping that moisturize & seal bundle would actually work for me. The hydrating moisturize spray left a film and made my locs brittle. The stimulating oil, hair & scalp balm and the hair elixir made my scalp itch. I'm not happy with this.

I took a chance on this product to help thicken & grow my hair. After ordering I seen my hair coming out, I noticed that four small clumps of my hair had fallen out. Then more hair started to come out. Please don't buy this! I don't even think it's the real brand. Check pictures, Color is off too.

My package arrived damaged. The mist container was open and the entire package was wet. Post office placed in a plastic bag. I sent an email right after taking it out the mailbox that was July 5th. Im still awaiting a replacement

Product benefit: This product really locked in moisture and hydration for my hair. That's a A+ in my book as my 4C hair has a tendency to not retain moisture well. Scent: Good smell I've had the opportunity to apply and test out the scalp and hair balm a few times since receiving it, and so far so good! Thank you Bask & Lather!! -Kish So I came back on 7/19/25 to change my 4 star to a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product is worth the buy! My 4C hair is retaining moisture, feels healthy, and even fuller. I started a routine of reapplying 2-3 times a week, this key!

When my order came I noticed some of my products had leaked out, do to the fact that bottles where not completely tighten.. but I'm hoping that I will still see some results.. Just wasn't happy with the packing. To spend 70$ on these products I feel like it should have been package better.

I love how this products keeps the moisture in. I have struggled for so long for a product that would help moisturizer my hair so glad I found it. It's helping my edges as well.

I’m so pissed off! My package was beyond damaged due to improper packaging. The ups person had to put my stuff in a plastic bag with a note saying they received the package damaged. never again!!!!!

My product arrived damaged.. messed up my mailbox I had to go wipe out the oil residue.. I reached out to the company they said they don’t do refund but send them more information I did .. (even video) as if the picture wasn’t enough evidence. Then they said to jus send my address they a resend what was damaged &its almost a week and I haven’t heard anything else .. I paid too much to receive damage products that I can’t even use now I’m just playing the waiting game because they don’t do refunds.. they should also pack this stuff better .. ITS LIQUID AMD LIQUID LEAKS .. it was notbubble wrap!
