This cup is indeed visually appealing. Although it does exhibit some minor flaws, specifically where the 'frost buddy' wording is engraved into the cup and the logo is not included on the engraving on the opposite side, overall it is a well-made cup. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Handle is loose and I contacted customer service. Their solution was gibberish and then they stopped responding completely. I've been waiting for days for them to respond to my order number now. I loved my other cups but their customer service is not great at all.

Silicone lid was missing. Hard lid was broken. Product box was dented but shipping box was not. Was going to return it but I'm just going to glue the pieces of the lid back on and hope for the best. Bought for the silicone lid but I'll order one for $9.99 on the official site. Thought this was a great deal. Next time I'll just pass on it.

The insulated part of the cup works great and keeps my drinks cold, but the ice cream decal on the outside of the cup is chipping off after only two days of use around the house. I also have the pink ice cream to go buddy and it hasn't chipped after a month of use. I think my new cup is defective.

I absolutely love the color, the matte emerald green with gold is stunning. I also love that it is spill proof and versatile. The biggest negative I have is the tiny hole for drinking without a straw. It feels awkward to drink from, a bit like an afterthought. The straw it comes with hard plastic and looks and feels cheap compared to the rest of the cup.

Absolutely love my cup!!! It’s our 5th one and my favorite by far. Sad that it had a super small Chip in it but you can’t really tell if you aren’t using that side of the cup.
