I bought this to use with an existing portable compressor, which has the common thumb lever lock for the valve stem. Those can be hit and miss/lose air in less than desirable situations (mud, rain, ice), and I wanted to find something that eliminated the air loss when installing/dis-installing the chuck, as well as just a great ease of use in general. This appears to do the trick really well. Push straight on, nothing to latch; hit the button and pull straight off.

I use a Milwaukee M18 air compressor. It's standard screw-on hose is a pain to attach to each valve stem, and an equal pain to unscrew with the added pressure loss. The JACO Lightning S2X with self-locking nozzle is a perfect fit on my M18 air hose and is instant on and off with zero pressure loss -- cuts tire inflation time in half -- fastest, best product I've ever used to keep car tire pressure on spec and extend tire life!

This air chuck was an ideal solution for some 30 year old alloy wheels on my second generation Chrysler minivans. . . I have four of them. The valve stems on the wheels are at an odd angle. This chuck fits on and off of the valve without air loss.

It screws right on to my Milwaukee M18 inflator and does NOT leak at all. Not at any angle. It is quick and adds a little length to the hose. Provides less wear and tear on the hose. Great purchase, love it!

I paired this extension with my Ryobi cordless tire inflator and what a difference it made. I was always losing some air when I connected and disconnected the OEM chucks. How much? Nobody knows. . . . . I would have to check and recheck to figure out how much I was losing each time. But, it wasn't always the same. This Lightning chuck goes on and off with barely any puffs of air. It's such a small amount the I don't care, plus it's VERY repeatable, so I know it's the same on all four tires. Great product, that I've been waiting my whole adult life for.

Great product, a bit pricey, but solved my problem and love the ridgid straight hose to connect my tire inflator with a 90 degree connector, and the length is good for my street rod inside tire inflator location. Disconnects easily. Great product to solve a problem for me.

I love this product. I bought an air compressor awhile back and the clip nozzle would not work. Every time I used it, air would flow out; I had to go to a gas station to get air. I was a little apprehensive about using your inflator hose; I used it over the weekend; it works great. No more worries about checking my tire pressure. I recently purchased 2 lightning S2X, & I think they’re fantastic!!! They’re well made, & work exactly as described! I have one attached to my portable Milwaukee cordless air compressor, & it makes all the difference! Now there’s no more having to screw the connector on & off resulting in losing a 1/2 to 1 PSI. I think this is a fantastic attachment, I 💯 recommend 👍🏻👍🏻!
