I’ve had a screw broken off in my tire for awhile now. Wasn’t a terrible thing just backed it out a little and squeezed gorilla glue (the original one that expands) into the hole the screw was in and drove it back in. Dropped a few psi a month and a bit more in winter. We’ll see long term

So far, solid buy. Unpacked, charged to 100%, then mmediately took it outside to air up my camper trailer tire. Went from flat to about 30psi in 20 minutes. Used about 50% of the charge.
