I am still playing around with this thing but I love it so far. Love the simplicity of the function buttons. You can be an amateur and figure it out. I want it for my camping and backpacking gear for safety at night. It won’t make me safe but it will help make me aware of any large animals nearby.
I watched a video prior to buying from a guy who hunts and he couldn’t find a deer that he had shot down that had kept running. The guy found the deer hours later with one of these. So it would be like a cheat sheet for hunters.
