I just did a 13-day trip to Alaska using only the Bigger Carry-on and the Everywhere Bag. Can't believe how much I could pack in those 2 pieces. The wheels glide! So smooth.

This has been an absolutely stellar line of luggage for us. Recently, we had an issue with one of our smaller pieces in where we could not get to one of the zippers any longer. Away was fantastic in honoring their lifetime warranty, and even after 8 to 10 years of owning this piece, it was replaced without fanfare. Great company offering great products and the best service!

Great quality. Squishes your clothes perfectly so you can fit a lot in a very compact suitcase. I recommend using the packing cubes to really maximize your ""light packing"". I used it for a 10-day trip to London and it served me well.

This is my 5th away bag and I am hooked! The quality is unmatched and the efficiency with space saving compression and pockets means you don't have to worry about dealing with massive luggage!

I am pleased with my Bigger carry-on bag so far. The bag shell is lightweight and the wheels roll so smoothly; it's great in action. The inner pockets and compartments allow for good storage. I was able to fit enough clothes for an almost week-long work trip. Knocked a star off because the zippers got caught on the first usage ( was able to fix) but it does raise concern for long term durability

I am using this for a trip overseas, but am also using it for trips locally. It has enough room to pack what I need for a short or long trip. Love the color and the features and warranty.

I originally reached out after receiving the wrong replacement for the suitcase I purchased. Despite promptly notifying your team about the error, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. This lack of follow-up is frustrating and does not reflect the level of service I expected. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed as soon as possible. I would like the correct replacement—matching the original suitcase I purchased—to be sent to me. I am happy to return the incorrect item once I receive the right one.

I really wanted to like this carry-on, but it just didn't live up to the hype or the price. For what you pay, I expected something much more spacious and durable. The interior feels cramped, especially compared to other bags in the same category, and the materials don't feel particularly premium. After a couple of trips, I started noticing scratches and scuffs that make it look older than it is. It's not terrible, but definitely not worth the premium price tag. You can find better quality and functionality elsewhere for less.

Returning from Europe, I checked the suitcase and the zipper fused in flight in a 2 inch section. I wondered if it could be repaired but Away quickly and efficiently replaced it with a brand new case!

I love the durability, color and the feel of the handle. But, I've used the piece twice and it's hard to fully extend the handle and the wheels do not easily move on/off escalators or elevators.

This is simply a fantastic bag. I travel a ton - biz and personal. Super flexible for packing, holds an insane amt of gear, and yet, a carryon. Service from AWAY is just as good as the product. Highly recommend
