Wow! Beautiful quality, well packaged, and healthy! Not my first and never gonna be my last!

I hate to say this. Just received my baby I’m NOT happy. All 3 leaves are broken Anna the stems are mushy. Even the leaf that was growing not good. I’ve ordered 13 plants from 4/5 different nurseries/shops and never ever had a bad experience. All of my babies came great and wonderful. Sad to say I’m not happy

I expected a well variegated, maybe even thicker plant. It seems like my plant was raised too quickly and isn’t strong. When my plant arrived the box was completely broken causing the main three leaves of the plant to break and die. The plant otherwise had some overwatering possible black leaves? unreal. I spend $50 bucks on the thing to be more happy in my environment and it caused me nothing but headache. The refund process is not supposed to be this hard and long. No replacement even if I did send it back. I chose online due to the hope of it being in top notch condition unaffected by the process of retail marketing conditions. Maybe someday I’ll feel like taking a chance and next time I won’t review your plant and just accept it. Thanks

I’m so disappointed in my order. I received a damaged box and the Thai Constellation has only one leaf that isn’t broken. I’ve tried contacting customer service but no one is returning my messages.

Showed up with box damage. Every leaf had brown spots and severe root rot upon arrival. Tried to save it, but there were no nodes to save. Ended up paying for an empty pot.

Let me start by saying I like Costa Farms and have bought many plants from retailers and they have been great. I tried buying online direct and I was shipped the wrong plant. Also the plant was in poor shape. Customer service was great and refunded promptly. However I’d still like to have a Thai Con but wary of another attempt site unseen.

Very speedy shipping… BUT… Package arrived late evening and the box was pretty beat up. Unboxing the Thai revealed damaged leaves and I’m sure that’s a result of mishandling on the carrier’s part. Other than that, Thai was packaged well by Costa. I’d rather buy in-store but everyone except me seems to have all the luck finding them in big box stores.
