This snake plant from Costa Farms was a steal! It came quickly and was in great condition. Snake plants of similar size at local stores will run you a lot more money and not be as full and lush as these!

The aloe Vera plant arrived uprooted from its nursery pot and soil. It was damaged and basically didn’t survive well. I called to get help and a replacement and no one answered or returned the call. Disappointed customer here.

I spent $80 for what was supposed to be a large plant. 24 to 45 inches tall. When it arrived, it was 20 inches tall on average. Additionally it came with a fabric pot. I now have to go buy a plastic liner to put inside the fabric pot because every time you water it, the water runs out Into the pot, leaving it, wet and dirty. I could have gone to Home Depot and save myself money and gotten a plant that was the size I was expecting.

For 80 dollars the plant is 12” tall without including the pot. Pretty disappointed after I opened the large box only to discover the plant is so small. Im sure it will grow more but wqs hoping for something bigger.

Received my Whale Fin Sansevieria from Amazon, and sadly unpacked it to find that the tip appears to have been hacked off! I can even see the marks that seem to have been made with a sharp instrument. There was no missing part of the plant in the box, so I don't know how this could have happened, or at what point in the shipping process. It looks like someone decided that the plant was just a bit too tall to fit in its box, and cut off the top as a solution. I followed instructions for contacting Amazon, and chatted with a customer service rep who tried to get me to return the plant for a refund. I showed them photos and explained why it is impractical to return ship the plant. They finally offered a "one time exception" refund. I had hoped for the option to replace vs. refund. Came to Costa Farms to try to order directly from the company, only to find that there are no Whale Fins in stock :(. Very disappointing experience all around.

I am so happy about the quality of my new plant! I was not happy about the state of the delivery. It seems that the plant was not packaged well enough to withstand the shipping. I needed to "reassemble" all the pieces. Hoping I salvaged enough soil!

I purchased 4 cat palms and a money tree. Every single one arrived in perfect condition and packed very well. The cat palms have really spread out and have all grown 6-8 inches in 6 months. The money tree has grown at least 10 inches in 6 months also. They are beautiful and so easy to grow!

This my third experience purchasing from Costa Farms and I cannot emphasize enough how healthy their plants are. And the care and attention that’s put into plant selection- choosing the best of their best. I had decided to expand my Snake collection, but wanted a particular variety (Zeylanica) and they were so accommodating in allowing me to specify what variety I wanted after purchasing and receiving an order #. My new Snake arrived today and she is absolutely gorgeous - not one thing wrong with her. She’s full, tall - and stately! And shipping was fast. Don’t overthink- go ahead and click purchase. You will not be disappointed. I remain in awe of Costa’s quality of plant — I’ll never shop again at a plant shop without FIRST checking to see if Costa has the item in stock. Not to mention, their superb and thoughtful packaging ensures no damage or leaf drop/soul spill during transport. I don’t know how they do it, but these folks are experts of the highest order! I live pretty rural. The nearest place to for sure get house plants is about 100 miles north so, since the grocery had not had anything for quite a while, I had planned to order a snake plant from you directly this month. But I went to get cat food yesterday and saw green leaves in the aisle . A shipment of your plants had arrived! Including a number of these beautiful, large dracaenas and I think I was the first to chose 1, then realize I would kick myself if I didn’t get two. I had been looking for months! So I am staring at them now and reminding myself that they really don’t WANT all the love (water) I want to give them and I could not be more pleased. What a score!
