I bought this for my new 2023 Macbook Pro 16\" even though it's advertised for the 2021 model. These models use the same chassis and cutouts so it will work for either. It snapped on easily and is made to fit around all the vents and ports. It has a sleek and professional look since it's a cloth material on the exterior.

Using daily on a 16\" m3 max and not really having too much trouble with fitment or heat. A couple times, a single clip along the keyboard side has popped loose, but it goes back into place without issue and, overall, it's holding together well. I'm primarily using it around the house. IMO, It doesn't really add noticeable weight to a 16\" macbook pro -- and if weight were an issue, the 14\" mbp is a better option in that respect.

Great product. More than 6 months later and I still consider it a great buy for my macbook. My goal buying it was something that would protect the laptop from scratches, light bumps while still keeping the nice macbook aesthetic which this has done a good job at. I traveled all around Europe with it and use my macbook daily, traveling back and forth between office and home and it holds up well, easy to clean dust and debris off and allows me to use it on my lap so that it's not too hot/cold. It doesn't make the screen too heavy that the hinge wont hold it from what I see and the clips hold up well and are not intrusive.

A MacBook Pro isn't a small purchase: it's an investment that needs to last for years. To help ensure that, protection is important. This hard shell does an admirable job. It's easy to attach and looks and feels good. While it adds a small amount of weight, let's be honest: a 16\" MacBook Pro isn't designed to be carried to and fro on a regular basis (that's what a MacBook Air or iPad is for). The case is an excellent investment and well worth cost.

Let me say straight away that this is a very nice looking case and the textured finish looks very good. I have a number of Apple laptops and have usually purchased covers/cases in black with a rubber feel to them. They last, at most 12 months since they get stress fractures (usually on the top) at one of the corners and become useless. They also mark very easily. The computers are not treated in a manner that would cause such a failure as, during the COVID pandemic, they were only used around the home. I decided to invest in a better looking case and hoped that the quality was such that it would not crack. This case looks extremely nice, fitted well and is, currently, not showing any sign of stress fractures. Marks clean off easily and it feels like a hight quality product. It adds a small amount to the bulk of the computer. Because the case is textured, you can pick up the machine easily. This is an expensive case (around 3 to 4 time the price of the other non textured cases) but seems, so far, like a solid investment. Recommended.
