Quality of work: Even though I got the right model case. Fitting the case onto the device was problem.

Texture of previous model case was more like tweed or a fabric case. This one is more suede with a slight nap to it. Not mad at it, just takes some time getting used to. I like the color but I miss my burgundy one. Would buy.

I got it 90% because of the beautiful color. It doesn't stay super secure to your laptop, I have the correct laptop for this case and still it moves and doesn't stay still. Honestly not worth how much it costs.

Ok, this is a decent option, but was a guessing game, as far as fit. There is absolutely nothing on the package indicating which models this fits. SO, I'll tell you what I have: 2017 Macbook Pro 13 - non-retna, no touchbar, A1708. I didn't want a matte case - they scratch too easily. There is one drawback that I have noticed - and it isn't small: THIS CASE WILL LIMIT HOW FAR YOUR MACBOOK OPENS. I bought this for thirty-nine dollars. Don't spend more than that. They are crazy-overpriced for what they are, and I am 100% sure it is because they know you already spent more than you should've for your Mac - welcome to the Corporate States of America, the greedy.

this does fit the 2018 model perfectly and does not interfere with the ability to put the screen back as mentioned in other reviews. won't scratch like other snap-on shell cases and the plastic seems more durable than the cheap snap-on cases that I have had a break in the past. Keep in mind the new MacBook in 2020 is slightly thicker and this case will not fit properly on those, but the fit on my 2018 is exact. Also when attaching the bottom panel make sure you slide the back on by the hinge first as it has a lip that needs to clip into the vent area. If you put the front in first the back won't clip in properly and it will not fit flush. as long as this lasts as I expect it will, it would be the best snap-on case I have used yet and I have literally owned at least 15 from different manufacturers over the years.

I have purchased Incase covers for all of my MacBooks and ever had any issues with them, this case was nicely designed, textured and colored but unfortunately wouldn’t fit correctly as it looks Ike the case was either bent or deformed at the side.

Beautiful case that looks amazing on a MacBook. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it wasn’t clear (at least to me) this would not fit the MacBook 2020 models.
