I don’t know about most of the claims they make about NAD. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin or anything. However, after taking a half dose (1 capsule) of this everyday for 2-3 weeks I no longer need nearly as much caffeine throughout the day. I can function well with decaf in the morning and maybe some tea in the afternoon. That alone is worth taking this stuff until that changes for me.
