This is my second bottle of KSM-66 Ashwagandha and so far I can tell that I fall asleep faster and my sleep quality has improved. I have not noticed any adverse side effects. The gel caps make it easy to swallow and I set up autoship, so I never have to worry about running out.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic, Ayurvedic herb that has been used for hundreds (thousands?) of years and has recently entered mainstream use in Western cultures. When I saw Legion came out with a supplement, I had to try it. I've always had positive experiences with Legion supplements, and this one was no different. I recommend Ashwagandha to all my women friends especially, as it can be quite helpful during perimenopause/menopause years. I changed my diet recently, and Ashwagandha has been a great adaptogen for me to include to keep stress and hormones balanced.

I can't tell you how excited I was to see these as a regular in the Legion line up. I've always had trouble with creatine supplementation - from the grittiness of it, to remembering to drink it, to even traveling with it. Seeing these gummies available online was a no brainer for me, as I love gummies. And the lemon drop flavor is spot on, with no bad aftertaste. It's so easy to pack these for a long day at work to make sure that I continue to hit my goals. I can't take Creatine powder because of some GI upset, so pills have been my only option up until now. The gummies have a good lemon flavor and I haven't had any GI issues to speak of from them. Wish they were a little smaller, but not really a big complaint since now I get a little snack while taking my daily Creatine.

I’m so excited about this new product! The texture was a little more chalky than I was expecting but still really good. I like that each one is 1g and plan to take 3/day as the lowest recommended dose which makes them last a little longer. Overall really happy with the product! 8/10. I’m TERRIBLE at taking powdered supplements, so creatine in gummy form is an absolute dream! These lemon drop flavored gummies smell almost identical to lemon starburst (back or the mouth tingles and all) and the taste isn’t far from it either just not sickeningly sweet. The texture isn’t quite as smooth as a traditional gummy candy, but by no means is it an off putting. I’ve really enjoyed taking them; it almost feels like a little treat.

While the supplement can’t entirely erase the effects of stress, I feel confident that the ingredients used by Legion will give my body the extra support it needs to function well in a stressful season. It’s so hard for me sometimes to take my Creatine on weekends but this gummies have been helping so much with that. Flavor is amazing, each gummy has around 1g of Creatine, so 5 is 5 grams. I feel like I am having a dessert everyday.
