I have tried several purple/blue toning conditioners over the years, and this is by far the best. It tones in minutes, has a great smell, and doesn't dry out my hair (most purple products do!) The *only* reason this is 4 is because it doesn't condition as well as some other (non-purple) conditioners.

The product is extremely thick and works well. Smells great. It’s very highly pigmented. You may stain your hands if you leave it on too long or don’t rinse well.

I have found many toning conditioners to be very drying and with an unpleasant smell This product is neither one of those It has a light and airy smell which is very pleasant and left my hair smooth and shiny

This toner has exactly the right hue to remove any brassiness and leave a baby blonde color. Don't know how ya did that, but it's perfect!

Best one I have found, I love the smell, the color correction is great! My only complaint is the pump bottle. I have a lot of hair so I have to use a lot of product, it takes forever to get it out. I would love a tub or and squeeze bottle!

I bought the shampoo and conditioner, but unfortunately I was a little disappointed after my first use… Let’s start with the positive : SMELLS GOOD (husband has complemented me multiple times that my hair smells nice) LATHERS WELL (I’ve had no issues) HELPS WITH TONING (my hair is definitely not as warm and brassy as it once was) Now my ONE negative: packaging was a let down… I first noticed it with the conditioner. The PUMP is HORRIBLE. It’s super slow to go back up. I have a little longer than shoulder length hair so I need a few pumps as it’s already a small pump. But each time it takes probably 10sec to go fully up where I can get a full (small) pump again… I’d rather a shorter bottle with a wider pump that’s more sturdy than the tall skinny one where the pump barely gets anything out and tries to tip over anytime I reach for it… Packaging could use an upgrade. Otherwise I have no issues with the product itself.
