Got this because strawberries and cream hot oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts. I tried to cook it with skim milk but it just soaked it up too quickly, May try again with more liquid. Flavor is ok, the sweetener has a light aftertaste, I wish they used coconut sugar like the protein powder. Strawberry flavor is good but so much better with fresh strawberries. Serving size is great, I was full and satisfied with still some left over. Excited to try it in different ways, I’m interested in some protein balls.

Knowing I have a protein packed breakfast waiting after my workout, makes me happy. Not having to think about food prep when I get home saves a lot of time. This is the first flavor I’ve tried and it’s delicious.

I really like the overnight oats. I hide all of my goodies in it like gut health, greens, collagen, seeds, etc. Easy for my early lunches at work.
