This is hands down the best tasting pre-workout I’ve ever tried! The Dole Whip Pineapple flavor is spot-on — sweet, tropical, and so refreshing. The bag was so small! The product says 40 scoops on my order and I get it and the bag says 30. It’s so much smaller in person. The bag is mostly air- over half empty.

The dole whip pineapple flavor is sweet and refreshing but the consistency is a VERY chalky, and chunky even when vigorously shaken in a shaker bottle. The bag was much smaller than I expected.

I love this pre-workout so much! As someone who's very sensitive to caffeine, I'm so happy I found something else that works for me. This definitely gives me a boost of energy without making my heart race or feeling jittery. If you're looking for an alternative to caffeine, I'd definitely recommend it! The watermelon candy flavor is soo good!
