I was scared to start a probiotic because 1, I don’t like taking pills, and 2, I thought I was going to be having stomach issues the whole day. This couldn’t be further from the truth! I mix the capsule contents into my sleepy girl mocktail each night and cannot taste it at all but I have seen a HUGE reduction in bloating already!! I did not think it was possible! I can’t say these helped me to be honest. I have been having issues with not being able to use the restroom (never had issues before so this was new) & I purchased these in the hopes they’d help. I think they are meant for something other than what I was using them for, so I can’t really give a good idea of the benefits. I’ve never been a “bloated” person & I think they would help someone with that issue.
