I love this band and also bought it in the 2 tone. It looks classy and my daughter keeps looking at it and saying she wants to get one. I will say there was a learning curve with the sizing, but then it went smoothly! I also love the clasp!

The band is extremely large. You cannot make it smaller as the tool enclosed does not remove the pins. It simply bends and breaks. I would have needed to remove at least 4 links - on each side. However. It states “it is recommended that 1-2 be removed”. Not worth the cost or aggravation.

I’m unfortunately unable to review the actual product because it still hasn’t arrived and it’s now been three weeks since I placed my order.
While I completely understand that shipping delays can happen and may be outside of the company’s direct control, the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I reached out to customer service and, aside from one generic acknowledgment email four days ago, I haven’t received any meaningful response or update.
At this point, I’m frustrated and disappointed. I was really looking forward to receiving this item, but the overall experience has not been positive. I hope the company improves both their shipping transparency and customer service responsiveness moving forward.
