I purchased this charger a couple of weeks ago and it will not charge my unit. Sooooo disappointed. The lights on the unit just stay red. They've never turned green. When I turn on the unit it works for a matter of SECONDS

The charging cradle didn’t work at all, and didn’t come with directions. It either did nothing or beeped loudly while still not charging. The return policy is horrible so I’m just going to get a new brush through another company.
