I like my Sonicsmooth and blades but I gave them a 4 star because I still have some peach fuzz and small blonde hairs left on my face. No matter how much I try to scrape my face and change my blades a very small amount of blonde hair remains. However I will keep using it because it works better than anything else I have tried except a shaving razor.

I've been using the products for about a year and have noticed my skin much more supple and glowy and can see the dead skin on the razor when finished so it definitely works!

I bought these to replace the blades in my SIMA that I purchased from you. I have already sent an email into customer service complaining that the blades do not fit correctly and was told that all of the blades are interchangeable ( or designed to fit) with your deplaning models. I disagree. the new "clear" blades do not slide all of the way into the SIMA handle: there is nothing that makes them stay put. it makes me anxious that they will slide when I am using the device and cause cuts. I am not happy at all with them, sad that I bought so many because I probably wont use them. Currently looking for a deplaning device made by another company that will stand behind their product, and purchase from them.

Got this for Christmas. Doesn’t work for me. Emailed to return around January 3. Was told I’d missed the 30 day return window. Return need to be done to Belgium. Cost more to return than it’s worth. Beware ! This is not an honest company.

I think the sonic smooth razor is overpriced and a razor does a better job. I am so disappointed, so I am not impressed with the refills. I wish I would never have bought this. It truly does not work as advertised.

It certainly does work nearly as well as the ads show. I can keep going over the same spot ten times and it won’t cut the hairs! I’m very disappointed with the product.

This face exfoliating device was my worst buy ever. I read the manual, watched the video, used the product and it literally cut me twice and left my face red. The next day I had stubble! I’ll keep my peach fuzz rather than stubble. Not a good deal for me.

I have the original Sonicare and I love it. The refill blades are a must. Been buying them through Ulta until this order. Ulta didn’t carry them so I went straight to you. Great product!
