I began taking this when I started having multiple hot flashes a day in my early 50’a. I won’t/can’t be without it now! My doctor recently checked my hormones and told me to “keep doing what you’re doing”. I prefer an herbal natural way vs a chemical whenever possible and this stuff is fantastic!

This product really helps stabilize my mood. It's amazing! Drastically reduced night sweats and moodiness as I approach menopause (I'm 50). Also works very well for my 22 year old daughter. Helps with her moodiness, cramps, and breakouts.
