Good flavor, the real "thang"! I liked that it was not processed meat shot out of a gun and molded into sticks. I had a mouthwatering smell that brought me back to my child hood and my uncle who made the best jerky in the world. My dog, Roscoe and I enjoyed several pieces of this delicious jersey last night.The pictures are the happy contented Roscoe after cleaning up a pile of jerky!

I love a good Jerky. A Jerky with little to no sugar, good quality and high in protein. I first ordered the combo pack to experience the different types of Jerky. I found that I prefer the Jerky after it has been refrigerated. It enhances the taste and the higher sugar Jerky's don't taste quite so sweet to me. My favorite Jerky is Chipotle Bourbon. Low sugar, great taste! Lower sugar brings more balance to all of the ingredients and the meat.

Well to be honest I was kinda disappointed that the variety pack didn't include the bacon strips that I have come to enjoy. The package mostly consisted of spicy sausages that are rather tasty in their own ways. Anyway I shared them with my dogs and they loved them. That's all I got. You take care now.
