Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered during their Cyber Monday BOGO promotion and purchased 3 bottles, expecting to receive the free bottles as advertised. The free items never arrived. I emailed their support several times, and instead of helping, they basically told me it was my fault for not adding the free items to my cart—despite the fact that the promotion clearly stated BOGO. I paid more during the promotion than the current price without any deal, and they still refused to make it right. When I asked for a refund and offered to return the products, they ignored me completely. It’s been days with zero response. Terrible customer service, misleading promotions, and no accountability. I will not be ordering from them again, and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible shipping !!! They have changed it to UNIUNI they couldn’t deliver the package for 3 days saying-the area for delivery is not safe , even though there’s a doorman inside the building 24/7. Charge the shipping company please

All of the bottles have an expiration date of 3/26 which is approximately 5 months from now. The product should have at least a 1 yr shelf life.

I wasn’t expecting much since it’s just a vitamin but wow! My skin looks and feels absolutely amazing!
