My first helmet speakers came with a hard case that was very easy to identify/find. I bought a second pair because my first ones stopped charging and they came with a clothe pouch that is not so easy to identify/find.

There was a problem with my order. It never shipped from warehouse. When I contacted customer support, Natalie jumped on it and found the problem. She placed new order that day and headphones arrived in days. The headphones are awesome! No worries of losing one and sound is great.

So happy i got these after many years of quiet lift rides skiing on my own. I put in roughly 400,000 vertical feet with about a 3rd on my own. these have kept me company and allow me to phone a friend without the hassle of taking my phone out. set your playlist and enjoy the mountain.

YES I got a whole week of full days skiing on one charge! Now some context I was skiing with my daughters so I paused them during the chair rides to join in the bantering. But with one click I was back to my BC2025 mix. We averaged around 25 lifts per day at BeaverCreek. Now these are not crazy loud and I would compare them to my iPod pros in transparency mode. Which I do prefer as I’m still aware of what’s going on around me. The sound quality is also ok, but I found my POC helmet with Beats by Dr Dre (discontinued) more emersive and easier to control the volume, answer calls, pause, etc. with the audio cable cord with in line remote functions, using the touch buttons on the Alta with ski gloves, through helmet ear pads can be clunky. With the helmet strap snug that helped with the volume and a little in operating the push button controls. The Bluetooth connectivity was seamless with my iPhone (Bluetooth 5.0) and it was nice to have access to my phone without fumbling around with a cord. Overall very happy with these and at this price point, especially on sale, I would recommend them to a friend!

The sound is great. The functionality is fantastic. Better than outdoor teach2 model for sound… Especially bass. Functionality is also better. Purchased 4 of these, and my kids and I couldnt be happier .

These work great for music, however call quality has issue where the other party hears there voice echo. I tried with a few people and they all complain about the echo.

I purchased three of these after having disappointing results pairing other company's helmet speakers with my Milo Communicators. These worked and lasted my full days of skiing. The shipment from Wildhorn Outfitters was surprisingly fast. The product was easy to use. One note: press AND HOLD the left earpiece buttons to increase or decrease the volume. Don't just tap it and expect it to change.

I have had two of these headsets now, and both of them continue to disconnect from my phone on the mountain. I will pause it for a minute while on the trail, and then go to unpause my music and it will not play again. I have to then keep taking my phone back out and hitting play/pause until the headset begins playing again. The sound quality is great and i love the ease of being able to put these in my helmet, but I am getting so frustrated by how often they keep disconnecting. It does it even if the battery is fully charged, i have full service, and it is a warm day. I cannot figure out why! My phone works fine with other headsets that i have tried.

Works good to listen to music while I snowboard. Haven’t tried making a phone call with them yet. Sometimes it’s a little hard to feel the buttons through the ear pads on my helmet but that’s it. Battery last all day. After one day it’s at 70%.

It's funny I'm getting a review email when my package is still lost in the mail after 12 days and you're doing nothing for me at the current moment. I emailed to see where it was and got a simple response where you only looked at the tracking where it said it would be delivered today. If you had done any research you would have seen it has been saying this for 5 days and hasn't moved since December 27th. It is now January 5th and I still don't have it and I ordered it on December 21st.

I'm using my new Wildhorn Alta bluetooth helmet-phones in my old Red brand audio compatible snowboard helmet that I have had forever, and I ride between 60 and 70 days per season, as I am a ski town local. They work well, and I am happy with them, although they are not quite loud enough for me. This being said, I like my music LOUD, both to counteract wind noise at speed, and I just like to FEEL my music. I'm sure the max volume on these is just fine for 90% of the people out there who just want to listen to music while they ski/ride, and the audio quality is decent, but I wish these headphone speakers got a little louder for my high volume needs.
