I use this once plugged it in Last night at roughly 8 or 9 o’clock here it is 6:16 AM the next morning and it’s not even charged so it’s not charging at all. You can see in the picture. There’s no light and it’s plugged in.Last night the light stays green then turns off.

Big fan of this machine. We have 3 cats so stains are common. I was sick of having to lug & plug in my bissel wet vac for one off messes. I love that it’s cordless! The real star is the stain remover solution, it works on both new and set-in stains. You do have to empty it and rinse the vacuum completely every time you clean something up or it will smell, so that can be a pain sometimes. Also, the caddy/holder could be improved: I wish there was storage for the charging cable (I just shove it under the bottom) & a place to rest the vacuum chamber while it dries out after a rinse.

So happy to toss out my little green for this beauty. The major selling point for me is that I can take it apart to clean it. I tried it out on a stubborn stain of raspberries and it got 90% out. Mind you it was 2 months old and my junky green machine couldn’t handle it.

I already have the Shark SatinStriker which I love, but sometimes I only need to clean a small mess so it’s a waste to mix a whole container of cleaning solution. This is perfect for that. With two small children and a dog, this is extremely fast and easy to clean up small spots and messes.

I feel duped, this was a horrible product and doesn’t work well at all. The self cleaning portion doesn’t work the way they show as there isn’t enough water and you would need to do it 10 times and empty each time. It’s quicker to just clean the thing yourself.

Performance: The vacuum shuts off after about 5 seconds and blinks red and white. I’ve charged it more than 3.5 hours, the tank is securely on, it’s not full. I’ve tried everything the internet says to do.

I purchased this for convenience but was disappointed. It is very loud, which upsets my dogs, and the suction power does not compare to a traditional corded upholstery or carpet cleaner. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.
