It really works, & it's simple for me to use. All I did was add 1 teaspoon of the RYZE MUSHROOM HOT COCOA into a small glass mug, add hot water, stir it up, & then add coffee creamer-hazelnut. Of course I felt sleepy. When I woke up in the morning, I didn't feel drowsy or cranky.

This is my go to for my evening routine. My ADHD has my brain so wired it’s really difficult to just relax. Not only do I have the best sleep when I drink the cocoa before bed, I also have great mental clarity the next day which helps a lot. The more consistent I am, the more I see the difference.

After 4+ years of horrible insomnia, I’m finally getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I have a cup of the Ryze mushroom hot cocoa before bedtime & I actually get SLEEPY. It honestly feels like a miracle for me & I’m so grateful! I just wish it was more affordable! And I actually like the taste!
