The only product that does exactly what it says it will do. Just spray it on wait 20 seconds and rinse off done. My seats look like new.

I was amazed at this product. I had light mildew stains on 2 boat seats. Sprayed RMR-86M on them, waited 30 sec and the stains were gone ! More significantly, I had bad mold/mildew stains around much of my rub rail. I “chatted” with RMR and then decided to try by using the spray w a rag to prevent the RMR from running down the the hull and the rinsed w a wet rag and followed up with my hose. WOW. I had to let it stand more than 30 sec and apply 2x in some areas but results are amazing and no damage to my hull. WOW

We have a bathroom that was remodeled a year ago. We regularly clean it more specifically the shower room. We noticed that despite this regular cleaning process using over the counter tile cleaner, blackish mildews showed up on the grouts. To remove the black marks on the grout, we thought of maybe changing the grouts every other year. On TV, I noted the working of the RMR solution where black marks were vanishing before specter's eyes. Ordered and applied RMR Solution. Right now the, the mildews are disappearing. I plan to apply RMR regularly to prevent existence or growth of molds or mildews.

Some heavy mildew stains on white and tan vinyl boat seats. Tried normal cleaners with no success. Purchased RMR-86M as internet recommended it. Worked like a charm. Sprayed on, waited a minute and hosed it off almost all marks are gone. Will apply again later to see if I can remove all traces. Followed up with vinyl protector.

Oh My Gosh! I’m shocked! This stuff is amazing. We had little grey mildew spots in the vinyl seats of the boat and it made them look awesome. We are thrilled!!!!

Wonderful product! Was a little skeptical of the product only because I had never heard of it before. But man does it work. My boat had built up mildew on the Seat cushions, (more than I would like to admit). And within seconds this product was working. Just spray on and rinse off. Literally that easy.
