From several issues with mold, mildew, disinfectant, stain removal, I just decided away with everything that is under kitchen cleaning cabinet to simply products from RMR... and it is truly perfect for myself and family! I had my shop and house shut up closed for five years, used storage for so much that was damaged from the flooding inside the house and the shop, used more then a thousand Dolors in mold killer and prevention over the past two years and was ready to just give up until I ordered RMR 86 Rmr86 pro, RMR 141 and RMR botanical, my three step process kill mold remove stains and disinfect with these it has been a complete success! It worked and is working still! I was in so much scary black and just unreal areas even under the house the crawl space got sprayed along with the porch and walls inside the house ceiling bathroom kitchen, material items like couch, love seat, chairs and even tables and laundry, I feel safer using the botanical all over my home, my car as well, spray it directly on the things I need and I use a cap full in my wash for blankets and spray directly on mattress just to know I am using something that is disinfecting and keeping everything safer for myself and my family!

Such a bad experience. I ordered the 86 to kill mold..i have cleaners so now im waiting over a week to get return shipping label. They sent the WRONG product!

Purchased because of mold and mildew situation to clean multi-surface large paneled Chinese screen. Recommended by mitigation service for sanitation, mold removal. Went over surface several times with rags after spraying. Pleased with results. And, didn't have to feel that I was endangering my life to use it! Great to have a botanical product. The bottle didn't say RMR-86. Just RMR. Box it came in said mold removal. Did the wrong product get put in the box?

Smells great, helps to counteract the RMR-86 odor. Not sure how well it works to stop or prevent mold. Only time will tell.....
