Just installed the straps 2 weeks ago and already the self retract feature has stopped working! Not sure if I received a bad set or if this is anyone else’s experience also. Waiting to hear about the warranty now! ***update*** I received the new set after weeks of no response and they lasted 9 days which was two trips to the lake! I’m told there’s nothing that can be done except to replace them. I shouldn’t have to replace them every two weeks and wait on new ones to show up after waiting weeks to hear a response!
