I adore being able to stretch out with this awesome resistance band! I watched maybe two of the video reviews for this product and I had to see it for myself. The stretch is so smooth and I am able to stretch my arms out fully! I’m 5’6” and it’s perfect for me. The color is one I’m holding.

I really like my 15lbs Keep Resistance Band. I selected the blue one. It's lightweight great for in office, home, travel or anywhere. This figure 8 band is great for toning arms and back. I feel the resistance after one set of 10. I never said it was easy! Lmbo...Yes, I recommend the Keep band!

This band has helped me to gain control back over my body and my upper strength. It’s a little tough in the beginning of using especially if you’re getting back in a workout routine. I started small and started doing 15 a day then progressed to 30 maybe three times out of the week. I’m aiming higher

This is the best resistant band I have ever seen and used. It works perfectly. You will feel the burn and actually see the movement of the muscles. It's easy to use in any settling.

Cheaply made. The plastic knob broke very easily and the unit is now non-functional. I didn’t use it until now - lasted less than two minutes. Windows for returns ended 3 hrs ago 🤬 Don’t waste your money!
