It is very salty which I know it is supposed to be the unflavored is hard to drink but I required it due to my fasting plan. I don’t recommend this, I have started adding it to my protein shake so it is a sweet and salty treat and is manageable

I love this Hydration Electrolyte Powder! I struggle to stay hydrated and it seemed like no matter how much water I drank, I still had issues with being dehydrated. This product not only tastes great, but also has the minerals and salt to help with hydration. So far, I have purchased the Mango, Wild Berry, Pina Colada, and Orange. All of them have a great taste on their own, but I also like to mix them together to get new flavor combinations. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

I love these electrolytes. A better replacement for most other electrolyte supplements. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

We filter all our drinking/cooking water with reverse osmosis, so there are no minerals in our water. I began looking for electrolyte supplements because I'm outside exercising daily and I sweat a lot. Though I drink large quantities of water, I knew I needed the electrolytes for the water to get into my cells. This product was recommended by a company that does their research, and I've trusted them for decades. It has not disappointed. The ingredients are clean, like other Redmond products, and the taste is great. The only problem I've had with it, in spite of storing it properly, is that if it isn't used regularly, it will harden and it can get nearly impossible to break up. I had neglected to use it enough over the winter. From now on, I will use it daily, and cut back on the amount I take when I'm not sweating as much.

I work a very hot job. Outside most of the time. After doing some research, I decided to try Re-Lyte. I couldn't believe how much my recovery time improved and how much better I was able to work in the heat of the day. Everybody should be smart when dealing with the heat in Southern Oklahoma but Re-Lyte helps tremendously when you have to be outside. I highly recommend it to anyone working outdoors.
