I learned of your company from a friend who loves your products, so I ordered mine. A few days passed and nothing was happening, so I email to ask if my order was ok. The reply was that you guys were overwhelmed with orders and my order just got the label printed! Hey, good for you that you have so many orders that you cannot keep up, but that does not excused why my order was then shipped on the slowest way possible! It took then another week for me to get what ordered two weeks ago… so that tells me you guys can care less for our patronage, so I guess I will search place else for my future orders of my health needs. The products are great! But I received my 4 bottles in a envelope package that was too small and therefore wasn't secured, but merely cleared taped shut without a packing slip and questionable whether products were tampered with. Fortunately everything ordered was present, but still disappointed that more attention to detail with packaging wasn't considered.

I've been taking Quercetin Complete for appx 2weeks,and as of yet can't tell a difference. I don't know what kind of benefits I should be seeing of feeling so I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I notice any type of difference

I started having seasonal allergies this spring and read about benefits of quercetin to relieve allergies with anti-histamine properties. I had bought the quercetin to keep on hand for it’s other benefits (e. g. , antiviral) and I bought this brand because of its bioavailability. I just started taking it when for my allergies and had noticeable relief (itchiness in throat and eyes went away). At first I wasn’t sure if it really worked or was coincidence, but each time I had allergy symptoms and took this quercetin I got relief. Then, at my routine visit with my naturopathic doctor I mentioned I started having allergies and she recommended I take quercetin. So I am convinced Triquetra quercetin works. Maybe other brand would work, but I know quercetin itself if not readily bioavailable because it’s not water soluble. So for sure for max benefit need to have a well-formulated product for good bioavailability or at least be sure to have it with bromelain and/or take it with fats/oil to improve absorption.
