Berberine seems to be a perfect fit to help me lower my LDL cholesterol and glucose level (a bit high) and balance my hormone levels. I have lost about 6 pounds so far and want to lose about 15 pounds more, so I have a ways to go yet, but am slowly working toward my goals. It doesn't hurt my stomach at all.

I had been struggling with what was more or less dumping syndrome and (gross, I know) I could often see some of my pills in the toilet after I used it. They were going through my body so fast I wasn't absorbing the medication. Since I've been taking the berberine, my GI function has been much more regular.

I started GLP 1 about 2 months ago and i was reading where some were adding Berberine along with it so that's what I'm doing. No weight loss yet. I'm only taking one berberine a day along with three GLP 1 each day. I'm also taking the Bio Flora one time per day. What i can tell you is my doctor is skipping my labs next time because they were almost perfect. I take hrt and Levothyroxine for my thyroid. More to come 😃

The other brand of barbering that I use was out of stock so I thought I would try Triquetra. I have been using berberine for several months and I know how it affects my body and what good it does and this brand did absolutely nothing.
