Bought the Skullcandy Push ANC Active online — and got a defective earbud right out of the box. Sound distorts badly on one side. Tried to reach out for help, but their “support” is just an AI bot that repeats policy lines. Because it’s been a week, they refused to replace or exchange it. No accountability, no human service, just automated runaround. For a brand that built its name on sound, they clearly stopped listening. First and last time I buy Skullcandy — they’ve officially lost me as a customer.

It's a good set of earbuds, don't get me wrong. But it has some issues that seem like they should have been fixed before they were shipped out. The stay aware mode only works when using both earbuds which is annoying, except when you are specifically in a call which should also be an option not automatic so that's not great. They're still a great set of earbuds for the price in every other way, it's just those few issues with the stay aware mode.

They are okay. They are comfortable to wear and the touch to pause feature is convenient. But, they don't hold much of a charge; neither the headphones themselves nor the case holds very much energy. I prefer my old set of Evo Crushers, but those unfortunately stopped charging after about 6 months.

I havent found a way to turn off the touch on the outside of the earbuds so its constantly brushing against things and paysing/unpausing or skipping or other unwanted actions. It also automatically turns on the ANC which i hate. And the battery life is nowhere near what is advertised. HUGE disappointment. Im a skullcandy girl and LOVED my last earbuds. If these weren't so expensive I would just buy something different and get rid of these.
