The sound is good and that’s the only thing good about this product. If you have long hair or a person who loves to wear hoodies I suggest you don’t buy these. Just buy JBLS. the touch on these earbuds is too sensitive that if your hoodie or your hair touch it, it will pause ur music

The sound right out of the box is pretty solid. Download the IQapp for it and the equalizer really makes them pop. Seems comfy and well built. I'll update the comfort level in a few months after I run them everyday at work.

They pause music constantly outside when nothing is in contact with them. They frequently pause out of nowhere making them useless. Can’t go 5 minutes without having my music paused. I did all the trouble shooting. Unpairing them from my device, turning them off turning my device off.
